Going as a River: A Plum Village UK Podcast
Going as a River is a podcast from Plum Village UK, a working name of The Community of Interbeing UK charity. As part of a global family of lay and monastic organisations, we share and support the Plum Village mindfulness practices developed by Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh - a unique, accessible, and joyful form of applied Buddhism known as The Plum Village Tradition. This podcast brings together Dharma talks, music, guided meditations, and heartfelt conversations, offering inspiration and support for those drawn to living mindfully in today’s world. Going as a River draws on the wisdom of Thầy and his many students to help us come home to ourselves, to one another, and to the Earth. We invite you to join us. In the spirit of sangha, we do not walk alone; we go as a river.
